Overwatch tournament will be played live, on January 3rd, without previous online qualifications. Everyone with full team of 6 players is able to sign up through through our form. 8 eligible teams will be selected on first come first serve basis, with previously competing teams having an advantage. If the number of signups exceeds our expectation, we will announce the qualification system on a later date. There are no tournament entry fees, other than all participants buying event tickets in advance as proof of participating. Full information regarding the sign up procedure will be sent to the teams on their mails.
Prize-pool for Overwatch tournament will be total of 1,000€.

8th spot is still open and teams can sign up at Overwatch stage all day on Monday, 2nd January 2017.
Teams will be randomly seeded into two groups. A fast double elimination bracket will be played (without grand finals) in each group. The top two teams from each group advance to the semi-finals where a single elimination bracket will be played.
Before the match starts, teams will go through a map ban/pick phase. A coinflip will decide who bans first and teams will ban maps until only 3 remain. Both teams pick their maps from the remaining 3 with the loser of the coinflip picking first. The away team has the option to pick the side they wish to play first. The unpicked map will be played as a decider if needed, sides will be decided by coinflip if necessary.

In case of a tie on Assault, Hybrid or Escort maps, a Best of One Control map is to be played on the last banned Control map in the ban phase. The team that captures the first objective fully, on the first point of the control map will win the tied map.
